Limiters & torque
Often where feel changes most, not a marketing number.
Stage 1 or 2 follows the vehicle build, not wanting a bigger number.
Nothing changed mechanically → Stage 1. Adapted parts fitted → Stage 2. Emission / comfort options separate. No published “+X hp” grid.
On Stage 1 we stay on a stock build. We adjust the file for useful torque / response / power without removing protections that actually matter.
By engine we may touch injection, boost, limiters, petrol advance, etc. Two software versions of the same engine can need different work. No gain percentage on the site.
Often where feel changes most, not a marketing number.
Turbo and petrol handled inside sound engine margins.
Auto if base known, engineer otherwise. Checksums OK.
Part already fitted for Stage 2 (e.g. diesel downpipe depending on project) → no longer Stage 1. Change line and describe the build.
Stage 1 and Stage 2 are two distinct services. The choice follows the real vehicle build.
A few points for a clean ticket.
Full original read, stable power.
Vehicle and engine clearly ID’d, faults already cleared.
Credits OK. Price by category, seen before checkout.
Stage 2 follows the hardware actually fitted. Without a build description we do not ship a generic “Stage 2”.
Diesel: downpipe often needed by engine and aftertreatment, not everywhere. Petrol: by project. Deletes = separate options. No universal gain promised.
Stock → Stage 1. Adapted parts → Stage 2. Swap them and you ordered wrong.
Diesel: downpipe often. Petrol: case by case. Not competition prep by default.
Result depends on vehicle and build. No hp table on the site. Discuss a ballpark on the ticket if needed.
Same portal, with a clear build description.
Clean ECU read, then Stage 2 line for the right category.
List what is fitted and related options on the ticket.
Only tick what matches the vehicle and the customer project.
If unsure about the build, contact support before checkout.
No. Stock = Stage 1. Adapted build = Stage 2.
Move to Stage 2 with the parts list. Do not force Stage 1 on an already opened exhaust.
On the pricing page, then confirmation on the portal before checkout.
No. They are two distinct services. Stage 2 requires mechanical modifications.
Often a downpipe, by engine. Describe reality.
It depends on the engine. Describe the real build on the ticket.
