How do I order a file?

Open a pro account, top up credits, create a request and upload the original read (.bin, .ori or the file from your tool). Select the modification and enter make, model, engine, ECU reference and reading tool. The modified file appears in your account when it is ready.

Who is the service for?

Garages, tuners and remapping shops with their own flash equipment (AutoTuner, Kess, Ktag, etc.). You work on site with the customer: we supply the file, not the on-vehicle job.

Which upload formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Standard tool formats from OBD, bench or boot reads. If the file is corrupt, incomplete or does not match the vehicle entered, the request is rejected or sent back to support with instructions.

How do credits work?

1 credit = €1. Each service has a fixed credit cost by vehicle type. The full grid is on the Pricing page, shown before you confirm. Credits are deducted when you place the order. No monthly fee.

Automatic file or manual development?

If the vehicle and service combination is in the database, Automatic Tune returns the file in a few seconds, 24/7. Otherwise an engineer handles the request in WinOLS, in under 30 minutes during our office hours.

How long until I get the file?

Automatic: almost instant, 24/7. Manual: under 30 minutes during our office hours. Status is live on the request in the portal.

What if the flash or file causes an issue?

Accepted Answer

Contact support directly from the relevant file request in the client portal. Describe the issue, flash tool used and error message. Attach a screenshot if needed. WhatsApp and email are also available to follow up on an open request.
