Some files are processed automatically and the rest are handled manually when the vehicle or config is not in the database.
Create an account on the client portal, upload your ECU read, choose the service, then download the file when ready.
We accept reads from any tool on the market.
Common requests (Stage 1, DPF, EGR, AdBlue) are processed automatically by our platform in seconds. More complex cases or vehicles not in our database are developed manually by an engineer.
Open your request on the portal and contact support directly from the file page. An engineer will review your case and adjust the file if needed.
Anyone with an ECU/TCU read tool. If you do not have one yet, order an AutoTuner Slave directly on our site.
Buy credits on the portal. Each service uses a fixed number of credits, shown on the price grid. 1 credit = €1.
Automatic files are delivered in under a minute. Manual development usually takes under 30 minutes.
Stage 1, Stage 2, E85 conversion, DPF/EGR/AdBlue deletes, and a range of add-on options (speed limiter, Pop & Bang, IMMO off, etc.), detailed on our price grid.
