HOW TO ORDER
From account to your modified file, available for download, in four steps.
01 Create your portal account
Sign up on the client portal and purchase credits. 1 credit = €1.
02 Read the control unit
Perform the read with your tool, then prepare the original file to upload.
03 Choose the service
Select Stage 1, Stage 2, E85, deletes or options matching the vehicle request.
04 Download the modified file
Retrieve the file when ready and write it back with your tool.
AUTOMATIC OR ENGINEER
Common requests go automatic. Otherwise an engineer handles the file.
Automatic processing 24/7
Frequent services such as Stage 1, DPF, EGR or AdBlue can be processed automatically by the platform when the vehicle is supported.
Manual engineer development
When the vehicle or configuration is not in the automatic base, an engineer develops the file manually, including in WinOLS with a verified EVC license.
